Refunds and Returns

• Refunds can be requested on items returned unworn with original labels and tags unremoved and still attached, and in a sellable condition within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14days no refund will be offered, unless faulty

• Items returned unworn and in a sellable condition with original labels and tags unremoved and still attached after 14 days and up to 30 days from date of purchase will be exchanged or a credit note offered.

• Pierced items unfortunately cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights

• Any items with alterations or engravings made to suit the buyer at the time of purchase cannot be returned, except in relation to faulty goods.

• When returning items we ask all original boxes/packaging/guarantees/certificates are returned. Please also enclose an original receipt or gift receipt. In the absence of a purchase receipt or gift receipt we can only offer exchange or credit to the current selling value of the item.

• Damage to items caused by misuse neglect or accident by the customer, will not be entitled to refund, free repair or credit note.

• Unless faulty, if an item has been especially ordered in for you, that is, if we do not keep stock of the required item (one example of which but is not confined to, a particular ring size being ordered in) in such cases we are unable to accept return if they are unwanted.

• Items returned as faulty after 30 days and up to 6 months from date of purchase will be sent for assessment as to ascertain the nature of the fault. If the fault is found to be of customer damage, refund, free repair or credit note will not be offered.

• Items returned as faulty after 6 months from date of purchase will be subject to a fee if a repair is possible, unless a manufacturer guarantee offers extended cover

• If store collection is not possible we will use secured methods of delivery and will maintain liability until you receive the goods. Since all our posted items are insured please do not sign for any opened or tampered with parcels and let us know immediately. Additionally, if your item is damaged in transit please let us know immediately.
