Refund policy
• Refunds may be requested for items returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, in a saleable condition and returned with all original labels and tags attached. After 14 days, no refund will be offered unless the item is faulty.
• Items returned unworn, in a saleable condition, and with all original labels and tags attached after 14 days and up to 30 days from the date of purchase may be exchanged or a credit note offered.
• Pierced items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Any items altered, personalised or engraved to the customer's specification cannot be returned unless faulty.
• When returning items, we ask that all original boxes, packaging, guarantees and certificates are included. Please also provide the original receipt or gift receipt. In the absence of proof of purchase, we may only be able to offer an exchange or credit note to the current selling value of the item.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper care or unauthorised repairs will not be covered.
• Special order items, including items ordered specifically for a customer and not normally held in stock (for example, a ring ordered in a particular size), cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless faulty, not as described, or where required by law.
• Items returned as faulty after 30 days and within 6 months of purchase may be sent for assessment to determine the cause of the fault.
• Items returned after 6 months from the date of purchase may be subject to a charge for assessment or repair unless covered by a manufacturer's guarantee or where your statutory consumer rights apply.
• If store collection is not possible, we will use a secure delivery service and remain responsible for the goods until they are received by you. As all posted items are insured, please do not sign for any parcel that appears opened, damaged or tampered with, and notify us immediately. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
• A minimum deposit of 20% of the full retail price is required to reserve an item. Reserved items will be held for up to 12 months. If the item is not collected within this period, the reservation will lapse, the item may be returned to stock, and the deposit value will be transferred to a gift card for future purchases.
• Any manufacturer's guarantee provided with a product is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights.
• For online purchases, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for personalised, engraved, altered, bespoke or special-order items where an exemption applies under consumer law.
